Buddycianci.com is designed as a village of sorts, propelling vital and viable insight into government, education, economics, the arts and culture, public safety, and the environment, plus a whole host of concerns that shape us—as a people—and challenge us, as members of the global community.

Having started my professional career as a prosecutor for the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Department and then having been privileged to be voted into office as the City of Providence’s longest serving Mayor—over six terms—and hosting talk radio, I am honored to be vested with the confidence of a wide-ranging audience as having my pulse on the current policies, politics, and personalities that shape and define us, and influence our lives.

As time goes on, this website will be offering many more commentaries, features, and archives that will encourage greater interaction, debate, and discussion.
